5. Juice of two lemons
6. Water - 2/3 cup (150 ml)
7. Grated rind of 1 lemon
8. 1 dried red chili pepper, ground
9. Turmeric - 1 teaspoon (5 ml)
10. Coconut milk - 2 cups
11. Cod fillets - 1½ lbs (700 gm)
