Triveni on water to be inaugurated in Haripad
KPCC president Ramesh Chennithala inaugurated the fifth floating Triveni superstore in the State at Haripad in the district at a function on Sunday.
Speaking on the occasion, Chennithala said that by opening Triveni super stores, the Consumerfed was able to reach quality products at fair price to people. These stores helped in reining monopolies and ‘profiteers’. The supply of quality products at fair prices also resulted in controlling prices, he said.
Consumerfed president, Joy Thomas, presided over the function. The people even in the remotest islands in and around Harippad will be served by the new floating super store.
