Trial court to take up Madhani's petition today
The trial court here Monday will take up the PDP chief Abdul Naszer Madhans petition that he should be set free in the Bangalore blast case in which he has been imprisoned here.
The sessions court set up here at the Parappana Agrahara jail for the trail in the Bangalore blast case will consider the plea.
The court will take up Monday the plea of the prosecution which opposes Madhanis petition. Madhanis argument is that there is no evidence about hatching a conspiracy for the Bangalore blasts under him at the terrorist camp orgainsed by Thadiyantavide Nazir at Kudaku.
