Former district collector K.R.Rajan passes away
Former district collector, K. R. Rajan, who had played a crucial role in making Ernakulam a 100 per cent literate district, died at a private hospital here on Monday.
The body would be laid for the public to pay obeisance, at his residence in Pullepady from 7 a.m. Tuesday.
