Kannur Quoting media reports, Kannur ‘Pushpotsavam’, a flower show being organised by the Kannur District Agri-Horticultural Society, will get under way at the Police Maidan here on January 8.Apart from display of flowers, there would be a sale of planting materials. Contests and cultural programmes have also been organised as part of the 10-day long flower show.Diverse flower and garden plants will be available at the stalls being set up by nurseries in the district and outside.
