Day 1: Individual Health Assessment and Counseling, Know your Body and Problems, One to One Diet Counseling, Stretches for Different Parts of Body.
Day 2: Yoga for different types of bodies.
Day 3: Cardio Kickboxing for overall fitness.
Day 4: Pilates (Workout without using any artificial weights, this workout is done using only your body weights, it’s a safe, economical and effective way of training your body)
Day 5: Aerobics and Abs , One to One Diet Counseling.
